拿到新的护照之后，就要再向home office 申请把签证转到新的护照上去，费用是160镑。 需要的材料是2张护照照片，一份申请表格，超好本护照的签证复印件，警局注册单原件，警局报失单原件以及你的新护照。申请表格在home office的网站上可以下载，类型是TOC。(Use Form TOC to apply to have a limited leave to enter or remain stamp to be fixed on the applicant's new passport, travel document or other document issued to the applicant as a result of the renewal or replacement of a previous passport travel document or other document.)

　　寄过去之后，他们首先会确认你的付款成功，并发信告诉你。其次，他们才会对材料进行审查。不过他们有一点比好的是，即使你有什么材料的缺失，通常都会发信让你在8个礼拜内补材料而不是直接拒掉重头来过。建议大家用英国本土的“特快专递”-special delivery，虽然会贵一点，但是可以保证第二天中午之前到达。递出去的东西都是异常重要，个人认为时间和安全是超需要优先考虑的。
