对外国学生来说没有：

All international students must submit applications by December 15 or October 1 to receive full and equal consideration.
After the December 15 priority date, the Office of Admissions will review applications from international students on a space-available basis.

也就是说秋季入学必须12月15号交申请，如果晚了就吃亏了，要有位子或者你特别特别优秀才有希望。
